Cynthia Rose

Enterprise Transformation & Organizational Change Practice Leader

 

Cynthia Rose is an enterprise transformation executive with more than 25 years of experience guiding organizations through complex business and technology change. She specializes in aligning strategy, governance, and workforce adoption to ensure large-scale modernization initiatives deliver measurable, sustainable outcomes.

Cynthia’s experience spans HR, Payroll, Finance, and Utility transformations across public sector, energy, and Fortune 500 environments. Cynthia has led enterprise initiatives involving Workday, Oracle, SAP, and PeopleSoft platforms. Cynthia is known for translating large scale technology change into practical people-centered adoption strategies that stick long after go-live.

  
Earlier in her career, Cynthia helped scale a national HRIS consulting firm from five consultants to more than 150 professionals, doubling corporate revenue from $12 million to $24 million in one year.
   
She later served at OneSource Virtual, a Workday partner, as Director of Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) and Director of the Center of Excellence (CoE). She oversaw all Engagement Managers across client portfolios—operating above project delivery—and led consultant hiring, delivery governance, and methodology adherence. She also established a Transformation Center of Excellence to strengthen service consistency and client outcomes.
  
Known for her leadership style, Cynthia champions a transformation approach grounded in visibility, accountability, and shared governance—ensuring organizations move beyond implementation to sustained adoption.

Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science from Howard University and certifications in Prosci Change Management, Scrum Master (SMC), and Scrum Fundamentals.

She also completed the Employee Benefit Specialist Program at the University of Pennsylvania and is a member of PMI and ACMP. She previously served as President and Board Member of the International Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM).
