Job Description:

Oakland Consulting Group (OCG) is seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM EPCM Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with the Allocations/EPCM lead to design and develop solutions for various allocations using the Oracle EPM Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM) application. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EPCM design and delivery, ensuring the effective implementation of allocation solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Allocations/EPCM lead to design and develop allocation solutions using Oracle EPM EPCM.
  • Support the entire lifecycle of the EPCM application, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for EPCM implementation.
  • Develop and implement allocation models that optimize performance and cost management.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements for the EPCM application.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards in EPCM design and development.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to end-users on EPCM functionality and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to EPCM allocations and application performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle EPM EPCM features and advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM EPCM design and delivery.
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing allocation solutions using EPCM.
    • Strong understanding of financial processes, cost management, and profitability analysis.
    • Experience with other Oracle EPM applications (e.g., Hyperion Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close) is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in Oracle EPM EPCM and related technologies.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
