- Providing the flexibility of a small, privately owned business to address the complex contract terms and conditions of government agencies
- Develop and submit effective responses to Sources Sought Notices which kickoff effective sales cycles
- Generating and qualifying leads and new opportunities in Defense, Intelligence and Civilian Agencies by identifying programs and personnel and arranging meetings
- Marketing COTS Software at Industry days and Government events such as Actiac.org, AFCEA, HIMSS, AFIRM.org, AFA, Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines
- Mapping mission requirements to COTS software capabilities in specific acquisition situations
- Providing demonstrations, trials and proof of concept (POC), pilot and production solutions jointly funded by Business Partners and Oakland
- Managing COTS Software licenses and Support Renewals.
- Providing comprehensive Systems Integration Services directly and in conjunction with Partners
