Established in 1997, under the strategic leadership of Mr. Nash, Oakland quickly made its mark as a force to be reckoned with in the field of information technology (IT) consulting. Mr. Nash is the driver behind Oakland’s strategic planning, business development and marketing endeavors.
Ted Petito
Ted Petito is the Chief Financial Officer for Oakland Consulting Group where he manages the company’s finances and accounting staff, providing timely and accurate financial statements, ongoing cash flow projections, oversight of accounting and finance operations, as well as the design and maintenance of the financial reporting structure.
Gagan Setia
Gagan Setia is a proven leader with over 25 years of experience in technology and business transformations. As the Chief Operating Officer / Vice President of Global Workday Practice at Oakland Consulting Group, Inc., Gagan is responsible for building, scaling, implementing, and maintaining Workday Solutions for clients globally.
Satish Raghavan
Satish Raghavan is Sr.Director – Workday Practice at Oakland Consulting. With 30 years of Business Transformation consulting, Satish is renowned for providing clients with advice grounded in fact, practicality, and actionability. Satish has a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from the University of Bombay, Post Graduate Degree from Annamalai University, and Executive CIO from Carnegie Mellon University.
Micheal A. Hughes
Micheal A. Hughes is the Oakland Consulting Group Director of State and Local Government solutions for the Mid-Atlantic Region. With over 35 years of experience, Mr. Hughes has devoted his professional career to delivering cutting edge information technology products, solutions and services to state and local government customers.
Kathleen Jacobs
Accounting and Human Resources Manager
Kathleen Jacobs joined Oakland Consulting Group, Inc. (Oakland) in 2007 as its Accounting and Human Resources Manager. Mrs. Jacobs is a vital point of contact for Oakland’s day-to-day operations. In her position, Mrs. Jacobs has been instrumental in creating company policies that not only improve company efficiency, but also foster a positive company environment – both critical to maintaining employee satisfaction and retention.
